Officials' visitation from Paraguay Paralympic Committee

パラグアイパラリンピック委員会役員来日

2018年3月5日～11日、パラグアイのスポーツ庁事務局長のブルーノとパラリンピック委員会副会長のレティシアが、2020年東京パラリンピックでの大会初参加に向けて日本体育大学とMOUを結ぶために来日しました。

​来日2日目には日本財団パラリンピックサポートセンターを訪問し、パラスポーツの各連盟の紹介などを受けました。一般社団法人日本身体障がい者水泳連盟の櫻井様からは、これまでの歴史や取り組み、これからの課題について１時間ほどお話しすることができました。​

3日目はパラグアイ共和国大使館を訪問。本事業の説明やパラグアイとの今後の協力関係について、大使のRaul Florentin-Antola氏とお話しさせていただきました。ブルーノは大使との会話の中で「日本で見たこと、聞いたことをしっかりとパラグアイで活かしたい」と発言しており、2人は全てのことに意欲的に取り組みました。​

4日目は今回の来日の目的でもあるMOUを締結。これから発展するパラグアイパラスポーツの第一歩です！​

March 5 - 11, 2018, Bruno Zanotti Cavazzoni Barrail, national secretariat of Sports, and Maria Leticia, vice president of Paraguay Paralympic Committee, visited Japan to sign MOU for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.​

On the day 2, we visited the Nippon Foundation of Paralympic Support Center and had a meeting with Mr. Sakurai, director & chairperson of Japanese Para-Swimming Federation, about its history, efforts and future issues.

​On the day 3, we visited Embassy of Paraguay and talked with Mr. Raul Florentin-Antola, Ambassador of Paraguay, about NEPP project and cooperative relationship between Paraguay and Japan.​Bruno and Leticia are working ambitiously as Bruno said he wants to make good use of what he sees and listens in Japan when he get back to Paraguay.​

We signed MOU between NSSU and Paraguay. It's the first step for development of Paraguay Para Sports！​
